Reliance Mfg got its humble start in 1968, known then as Custom Metal Products, a supplier of custom equipment for the Medical Laboratory and Institutional Furniture industry.
As times and markets change the need for more diversification became increasingly apparent, along with a name change, Custom Metal Products became Reliance Manufacturing Corporation. Reliance set forth a somewhat new path for the future with two goals; one the custom market, the other a production market. With new products, new customer needs and the desire to be a customer’s one stop shop, came the need for new equipment. From sheet metal to light structural fabrications our quest for diversification is endless.
